Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

This agreement covers home decorating, organizing, staging, and/ or design services

as selected by the client.

Èlan Casa Manor will provide design recommendations, sourcing, installation, and

styling as outlined in the approved proposal.

Consultation Fee

The $200 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the final installation day.

Payments should be made by an approved payment method. At Èlan Casa Manor we

do not accept Cash as a payment method under any circumstances.

Late Payment Fee: Any payment not received within 24 hours of the due date will

incur a late fee of $75. If there is more than two days late an additional-late fee of

$75 will be applied to all invoices not paid on time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule at least 48 hours before their appointment.

Failure to reschedule at least within the required window will result in a $50 cancellation

fee.

All cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable.

Materials & Sourcing Policy

Clients are fully responsible for the cost of all decor, materials, furniture, and items

needed to complete the project.

Èlan Casa Manor does NOT fund or purchase materials using personal money under

any circumstances.

All purchased items must come directly from the client's provided budget.

The service fee (example $900 Premium Signature Suite) is separate from the cost of

materials, or decor required from the transformation.

No items will be brought or ordered until the client has provided the necessary funds.

Any sourcing done by Èlan Casa Manor is based on the client's stated budget and

approval.

Project Timeline

Timeline depends on project size, availability of materials, and client communication.

Èlan Casa Manor is not responsible for external delays beyond our control.

Home Access

Client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the home during scheduled work

hours.

Liability

Èlan Casa Manor will handle all items with care.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or unstable furniture.

Clients must disclose any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before service.

Photography Consent

Èlan Casa Manor may take before- and- after photos for portfolio and marketing use.

Satisfaction & Final Walkthrough

Clients agree to a final walkthrough to confirm satisfaction.

Any adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of project completion.
